Hydroblasting

Safety Marking, Inc. has a fleet of “Stripe Hog” hydroblasters. The hydroblasters can operate up to 40,000 PSI and are capable of making a 48″ pass that can remove all types of pavement markings with minimal surface damage.

Safety Marking has a custom built fleet of state of the art grinding trucks which are equipped to service any job, of any size, at any time. At Safety Marking, we have pioneered the use of black aggregate in stage construction thereby cutting days off our customer’s work schedules and helping to improve their bottom line.

Thermoplastic Pavement Markings

Thermoplastic Pavement Markings

When Thermoplastic is heated to 450 degrees it liquefies. When applied at this temperature it melts into the upper surface of the asphalt, forming a thermal bond. Thermoplastic is typically applied at 90 to 125 mills thick; it is oil resistant and has superior bonding strength.
