Mark Kelly of Safety Marking Inc. rolls out NEW Leadership Development Program on January 11, 2022.
The NEW Leadership program launched with our Department Head role, exploring three key Pillars of focus: Communication, Engagement and Morale. The twelve-week program met weekly in an engaging, interactive workshop setting. The Department Heads experienced 1 on 1 training with an appointed SMC committee and were given inspiration, encouragement, and invaluable tools for success with an action plan to further strengthen their role as Department Head Leaders.
On March 15, 2022, all nine Department Heads successfully completed our first Leadership Program. SMC 2022 graduates include: Austin Cook, Jeff Perra, Rafael Robles, Abraham Nieves, Will Orsini, Dan Firpi, Dom Berarducci, Brian Palmer, Ray Ryan.
