POLICY

It is our practice to conduct business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our relationships and business dealings wherever we operate, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems to avoid instances where this may occur.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT & OTHER FORMS OF HARASSMENT

Sexual harassment and other forms of harassment on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other basis are serious offenses and are conduct prohibited. The Company has never tolerated sexual or other forms of harassment and reaffirms our commitment to that position. Sexual harassment and other forms of harassment are forms of discrimination and are prohibited by law. Our policy applies to the actions of all leaders, managers, staff, mentors, co-workers and any other individuals who come in contact with our employees, such as business contacts, vendors and clients. All employees are responsible for ensuring that the workplace is free from all forms of harassment.

All employees should treat our company’s property, whether material or intangible, with respect and care. Employees shall not misuse company equipment, and shall respect all kinds of intangible property. This includes trademarks, copyright and other property (information, reports etc.) Employees will use company property strictly to complete their assigned job duties.
